GROUP TRAINING
Weekly drop-in skills and drills workout designed to improve acceleration, lateral quickness, and endurance to help athletes gain competitive edge on the field.

Weekly class for ages 5 - 8 to build confidence and football IQ through basic fundamentals: athletic movements, full speed explosiveness, change of direction, and the safety of tackling.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Semi-private training sessions for up to 6 athletes focuses on situational training to enhance the athlete's football IQ through core fundamentals. These sessions cover footwork, conditioning, ball drills, speed explosiveness, change of direction, and tackling.

One-on-one private training appointments designed for athletes of all skill levels. Focuses on improving speed, agility, and technique that is tailored to each athlete's specific needs.

POSITION COURSES

Focuses on learning proper tackling techniques, coverage responsibilities, and footwork to become more dominant on defense. This course covers key skills like learning to read offenses, blitz techniques, taking proper pursuit angles, and mastering reaction time.
Focuses on speed, agility, footwork, and vision to help athletes read defenses, make quick cuts, and break tackles with confidence. This course covers key skills like ball security, acceleration, and pass-catching.
Focuses on improving footwork, reaction time, coverage skills, and tackling techniques to become more dominant on defense. This course covers key skills like reading quarterbacks, taking proper pursuit angles, and making game-saving plays in both man and zone coverages. This course also covers ball-hawking skills, hip fluidity, and ensuring open field domination.
Focuses on explosive get-offs, hand technique, block shedding, and pass rushing moves. This course covers how to use leverage, power, and agility to control the line of scrimmage, stop a run, and pressure the quarterback with an emphasis on proper stance, footwork, and hand placement.
